Lissy Fleming, Senior Designer

Lissy’s design philosophy revolves around personalization, functionality, and aesthetics. Lissy's designs do not fit easily in a defined style box because her work is a reflection of her clients and their tastes and aspirations. Lissy combines her experience, instincts, spatial awareness, and eye for color coordination to turn each client’s design vision into their home's reality.

Lissy’s educational background includes a BA in Advertising and a Minor in Art History from Southern Methodist University, recently complemented with the Interior Design course from the New York Institute of Art & Design. With 10 years of design experience running her own business, Lissy approaches projects with confidence, combining creativity with practicality to deliver designs that are as unique as the people they serve.

Her design approach is firmly grounded in the belief that "form follows function." This principle emphasizes that every design decision is driven by the practical needs of the space and its users, ensuring that every element serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose. Whether optimizing space for a growing family, creating a cozy living room for relaxation, or designing an efficient yet stylish home office, Lissy ensures that beauty and utility go hand in hand.

Outside of work, Lissy enjoys a full, active life in Brookhaven, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their two poodles. When not working, you might find her hiking, traveling, playing pickleball, or attending her kids' sporting events. She also enjoys her cherished time with friends and family.
